1: You have a statutory right to return under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004.

2.1: STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch. 
Outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund/ exchange will not be offered for the item unless the product is faulty (faulty products will be assessed before any refund is issued and no refund will be given for accidental or intentional misuse or damage caused by yourself of any third party, this will be decided by TactiFresh management and all decisions are final).
Please note, orders are ONLY refunded or exchanged once they have been returned and inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as when they left the ownership of TactiFresh
If an item is returned in a condition other than stated above the refund/ exchange may be cancelled or only a partial refund offered.
Our promise to refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse under ANY circumstances. 
Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
